Refund Policy

All items in our store are secondhand and sold as-is. We do our best to provide clear, detailed photos and descriptions so you know exactly what you’re purchasing. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

However, if you believe there has been an issue with your order (e.g. an item arrives damaged or significantly different from the images and description provided), you may request a refund. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our criteria.
